NARRATIVE:
This 3 bedrooms, 2-3/4 bath, 2 story single family residence was built in 1973 with RASTRA block. It was one of the first 2 story homes to be built from RASTRA in the entire Tucson area.

The House has a spiral staircase in the vaulted Family room with the 2nd floor bedroom / office overlooking into the vaulted family room space, living room with wet bar, a kitchen and adjacent dining room.

Many of the materials used during building were collected form various areas: a fireplace mantel made from leftover copper from the building of University of Arizona Bear Down Gymnasium, the exposed beams came from the iconic Steinfeld's Department Store that closed in the 70's
