With all the years of experience and types of projects as referenced, we feel that this firm understands the nature of the project and is competent of producing an aesthetic, buildable (within the requested budget--in all of the projects we have produced, we have either been under or met the client's budget), efficient and highly functional building. This firm is very cognizant of our ecology and as we do with all of our projects we will advise the client on the application of ecological and affordable materials which will also reflect savings in utilities, as well as provide a higher than average fire rating as well as take into account orientation (view, sun and wind) and the natural terrain. This firm and its subcontractors will meet with the client and absorb and digest the "program" of the project. With this information this firm will produce a product which is only acceptable by the client. We will also strive to "reflect" the client architectonically -- physically and spiritually.
