Estimating And Scheduling From the time the contract is signed we; Architect, General Contractor, Client will hold a meeting to establish a schedule of events and due dates for all phases so as to meet the due date (move in) for the client.
Periodic meetings will be held so as to adjust when and where necessary.
The scheduling shall be graphically documented by means of a flow schedule.
In the past Arquitecto E.J. Ornelas and Associates has provided Construction Management Services on many projects and has on staff a licensed Arizona contractor (Fernando Rivas residential/commercial) who is in charge of estimating; thus a reliable and accountable method of scheduling and estimating is already in place.
Flow charts and bar graphs shall be created for everybody to follow.
